After returning from a semester abroad in Tokyo, Sasha Tamarin felt very calm yet disappointed. He had failed in his attempt to view the special sunset over Mount Fuji where the sun lowers down exactly over the center of the volcano’s crater creating an unforgettable effect. In his exhibition “Watching sunset above Mount Fuji. Suddenly, a cloud”, Tamarin tries to share his tourist experience through various mediums. He has even built Mount Fuji in his studio.
